If your book has not arrived
This is the most common problem, and it is usually a delivery issue. Before writing, check your spam folder and promotions tab. That is often where the message has gone.
If it is not there, write to me. You do not need an order number; the address used for payment is enough to find the order.
Refunds
Write to me if a file will not open, a payment appears twice, or the book does not match its description. I will look into it. Terms
